At Desert Crow, we want every bite and sip to delight! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below:

 

  1. Freshness Guarantee

    • All food and drinks are made fresh to order. If your item arrives incorrectly or is unsatisfactory, please notify our team immediately at the truck.

  2. Refunds & Exchanges

    • Incorrect orders: We will gladly replace your item or offer a full refund on the spot.

    • Quality concerns: If a food or beverage item does not meet your expectations, we may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

  3. Perishable Items

    • Due to the perishable nature of our menu items, refunds cannot be issued for items consumed or taken off-site unless there was an issue with your order.

  4. Timing

    • All refund or replacement requests must be made within 15 minutes of receiving your order to ensure the freshest resolution.

  5. Non-Refundable Items

    • Gift cards, merchandise, and pre-packaged goods may be exchanged only if defective; they are not eligible for cash refunds.

  6. How to Request a Refund

    • Approach a staff member at the truck, explain the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

  7. Satisfaction First

    • Your happiness matters! While we aim to handle all concerns fairly, we reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
